Bichons For Adoption

Bichon Buddies Looking For Forever Homes

We are NOT a dog rescue centre  and we strongly endorse working with owners to prevent dogs being given up and rehomed due to behvioural and training issues. However, we do understand that in many circumstances it is beyond the owners control and therefore we do have a list of foster carers and Bichon owners, charities and enthusiasts who will assist you with the transition of rehoming your pet. We can help by putting you in touch with the recommended relevant foster carers or charities.

We will help with emergency cases by offering temporary care and/or rehabilitation and behavioural correction prior to your dog being rehomed or moved on to a more permanent foster. We do NOT charge for this facility. We are a NOT-FOR-PROFIT organisation. If you need to speak to us urgently, please contact us via text or whats app through our contact us page.

Find Your Forever Bichon!

We strongly endorse Many Tears Animal Rescue which is located in Wales but covers all areas of the UK. Many Tears currently have over 80+ Bichons in foster care throughout the UK. If you are looking to  offer a Bichon a home then we strongly recommend contacting them direct.

Our Emergency Rehomes

Benji has come to the North-west all the way from Middlesbrough after being rescued from awful living conditions. Benji was kept in a cage with a lurcher and has had very little socialisation. He is comfortable with dogs that he knows and likes to meet new ones out on his walk however he can be temperamental and for this reason dogs need to be approached with caution. Benji has had to fight for all of his food for the majority of his short life therefore food aggression is currently an issue. With a little understanding by the right owner, this will be easily corrected and he has already begun to make dramatic progress with his current trainer.

Benji loves to go for walks and his recall is suprisingly good however he gets easily distracted by other people and dogs because everything to him is so new and exciting! Benji loves to play with his toys and will happily fetch them all for you on request. Benji knows basic commands such as sit, paw and lie down as well as a few impressive tricks such as smile and dance! This little boy is a very intelligent, quick learner and will be an asset to the right owner.

Benji will benefit from someone who has the time and experience to show him how to be the best little dog he can possibly be!
